Each client begins with an in depth psychological assessment to help determine whether Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-Enhanced (CBT-E) or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills are the best fit for their treatment pathway.
Therapy
Structured, goal-oriented and solution focussed involving techniques to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
Whether in work or school or in the comfort of your own home, to help manage your time and to ensure you feel safe, sessions are fully remote.
Worksheets are emailed out ahead of sessions to help enhance learning and engagement
